"Welcome..." Germany said while holding out his hands towards A child version of you in a white dress while you were currently tilting your head in curiosity "To the family..."

You lifted up your head and took a step closer to him wondering if you should trust him or not.

He nodded and made a small comforting smile which made him seem gentle and caring

You then held out your little pinkie finger and said,"Pinkie promise?"

This reminds me of a book I read called, "Guess How Much I love You." If you are unfamiliar with it, it's about a baby and a parent rabbit. There's a competition between the two and it goes on until the baby falls asleep and the parent gets the final words. The story was really sweet and thank you for giving me the nostalgic feeling.
